西班牙&E and your local 社区 Choice Aggregator are working to provide our shared customers with clean, safe and reliable electric service.
What is 社区 Choice Aggregation?
社区 Choice Aggregation (CCA) allows cities, counties and other public agencies to purchase or generate electricity for their community’s needs. If your community is served by a CCA, you were automatically enrolled, and the energy you use is purchased or generated by your CCA and delivered by 西班牙&E.
两个CCA提供商, Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) and 圣地亚哥 社区 Power (SDCP), currently serve more than 80% of customers within 西班牙&E的服务区域.
Separate Pricing for 电 Generation and Delivery
Your bill includes three types of charges: CCA electric generation, 电力输送, 以及税收和其他费用.
发电收费: CCAs purchase or generate electricity for the communities they serve. 电 generation is the charge for electricity used in homes or businesses. The 电 Generation charge from your CCA is included on your 西班牙&E法案.
运输费用:西班牙&E delivers electricity to power your home or business. Delivery charges include the costs of operating the energy systems along with construction, modernization and overall upkeep of wires, substations and other equipment needed to deliver electricity to the communities we serve. Delivery charges also include costs for customer service, 服务技术人员, meters and other equipment needed to operate the utility.
税金和其他费用:可持续发展目标收取的费用&E城市要求, state and public program agencies, 包括税, city franchise fees and state-mandated programs like wildfire fund and energy efficiency programs.
Charges from CEA and SDCP for electric generation along with 西班牙&E charges for 电力输送 are included in one utility bill sent by 西班牙&E.
